All home care aide will have to go through extensive hiring process designed to ensure that we are providing our clients the highest quality of care.

 

Our comprehensive screening process includes:

• First Aid / CPR Certification

• Physical Exam

• TB Test

• Covid-19 Test / Vaccination

• DOJ and FBI fingerprint background check

• Verification of professional caregiving reference

• Completion of the State-required caregiver training

• Minimum 1 year caregiving experience
